Description: the polyurethane elastomeric is a new content of polymer artificial between rubber and plastic. It has both high energy of plastic and large elasticity of rubber. Its characteristics are: 1, a wide variety of hardness. It still has rubber elongation and resilience at substantial hardness. The polyurethane elastomeric has a hardness range of Shore A10-D80. 2. substantial toughness. At rubber hardness, the tensile toughness, tear toughness and load carrying potential are much greater than common rubber substance. At high hardness, its impact strength and flexural toughness are much greater than plastic content. 3, put on-resistant. Its use resistance is very excellent, normally in the variety of .01-.10cm3/1.61km, about 3-5 instances than rubber material. 4, oil resistant. The polyurethane elastomeric is a highly polar polymer compound which has minimal affinity with non-polar mineral oil and is hardly eroded in gasoline oil and mechanical oil. 5, excellent resistance to oxygen and ozone. 6, exceptional vibration absorption efficiency, can do damping and buffering. In the mould manufacturing business, it replaces rubber and springs.7, has great lower temperature functionality. 8, radiation resistance. Polyurethane is highly resistant to higher vitality radiation and has satisfactory functionality at ten-ten deg radiation dose. 9, with great machining performance.
